San Diego Victory Recap

Team Champs holding the trophy in front of a beautiful Spanish style club house... foreshadowing?

A week after our win in San Diego it still feels great.  The feeling of traveling down south and beating some great teams is a sweet sensation and one this group will always remember.

The week was the emergence of two things, Trevor Simsby and our flashy new final round uniforms.

Trevor

The San Diego Kid!

Playing in front of a home town crowd, Trevor played an amazing final round and tournament.  He finished 7th individually and won the hearts of many by battling from 3 over early in his final round to shoot 3 under 69.

New Uni’s

Some didn't like our final round uni's

Some loved them!

The final round uni’s, white on white with new purple belts, socks and hats are a hit.  Not saying that the uniform produced our great play but… purple socks?  Who wouldn’t play intimidating golf in purple socks?
